Toxins and Constant Health |

Dear Friends at Our Health Coop, I wanted to let you know that after long term exposure to environmental toxins I was in pretty rough shape. I had to start out using Constant Health in very small doses at a level that my system could handle. Gradually I am up to 1 scoop and I am feeling better and better! Thank you so much for this formula and I am so glad that I stuck with it when my body was reacting to just about everything (perfumes, exhaust, cleaning agents etc..) I would get immediate headaches, sore throat, ear aches and muscle pain in the neck and shoulders after exposure. I recommend you to friends! Thanks again! Emily

My recipe and I lost a few pounds |

I'm not easily deterred, and with the additions I'm making, it tastes quite good and thought I'd send you my version. I drink it twice a day, as a snack in the morning, and one in the afternoon, or even as replacement meal. And yes, I have lost 5 lbs. by adding the rice protein, as somebody suggested. Here is my version:
1 scoop Chocolate Constant Health 1 scoop Chocolate rice protein 10 almonds 1 to 1.5 cups frozen blueberries 3/4 cup water Almond or vanilla essence
Put all together into blender, add enough water to your liking, and enjoy. I eat it with a spoon. It makes a fast meal if I come home late, or spend too much time in the garden, and it also takes care of my chocolate craving. I've noticed that my energy level is back to where it was 10 years ago, and my nails have never been so long and so strong. (Hope my bones feel the same way). And, best of all, I've lost 5 lbs. in about a month.
Thank you guys, you're great.

Just want to tell you I love the vanilla Constant Health drink, and I am fussy about my vanillas. Sometimes I add a few extras, like ground flax seed or whatever else I think I might need that day. And it is a good way to use up a banana, as your other user says. But I do like it plain, and I cannot say that about many vanilla flavored products.
The chocolate is a little weak for my taste. I fix that by adding a half teaspoon of organic cocoa. As summer is coming on, I''m thinking I might just add a little Rice Cream. Ummm.
Great base for summer smoothies.
Thanks, folks, for carrying this product

I wanted to try Constant Health with probiotics for general detox and after the first few days, I felt like a million bucks! It works so well, I would recommend it to any one!...it's the cat's meow!

This is perfect for a Veganese like me - just shake it up with rice milk, almond milk, and black cherry juice, after sprinkling in the goodies from my capsule supplements every morning. Then swig it down with a well chewed organic food bar, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, and almonds. Good to go all day that way. Even though the label on the container says "Do not use for weight reduction", I have noticed a 10 pound loss after consuming 4 containers.
