Lugol's Helped My Dry Eyes

My integrative pharmacist friend tipped me off to a likely iodine deficiency when I was diagnosed with Sjogren's (an autoimmune issue that attacks the eyes). What a relief and so easy.

Lugols and my eyes

I've been suffering from a dry eye condition for several years now. I started taking Lugols and Fish Oil , and in just one week I started noticing an improvement, and now, a month later, I use eye drops once in the morning, and once before sleep. I can't tell you what a wonderful relief this is. Thank you to all at the Co-op for passing along wonderful information, and for all the wonderful products. And, of course, the Kat, just for being there.
